Role accountabilities
Sourcing
1、Engage with the business and understand the business strategic requirements and technical requirements for procurement strategy and sourcing alignment of feedstuffs and other assigned categories.
2、Work closely with subject matter experts of farm operations/QSF/GRl/finance/legal team and conduct the sourcing exercise in one professional manner and structured approach.
3、Liaise with internal stakeholders for procurement activities, evaluate supplier capability and identify quality supply sources based on Fonterra’s procurement policy and process.
4、Maintain proactive communication with overseas counterparts of procurement and recommend the feedstuff choices of BAU and conduct low cost/best value country sourcing activities in an efficient and effective manner.
5、Conduct the RFx (Information, proposal and quotation) process including facilitating the evaluation process and presenting of recommendations.
6、Develop supplier capability and ensure value creation to deliver sustainable value and risk management contingency for supply continuity
7、Establish the commercial terms and conditions and KPI with various stakeholders, build up the should-cost modelling, negotiate with vendor for contract execution
8、The negotiation of all feedstuff or any other assigned categories are being conducted to the best value and total cost of ownership of Fonterra and according to Fonterra food safety and quality requirements
9、Manages all sourcing exercises in line with Ethics Policy & DA Policy.
Contract Management
10、Monitor contractual performance, conduct regular supplier reviews and manage contract compliance.
11、Develop and ensure contract prices and master data information is kept up to date.
12、Maintain and manage a central repository of appropriate procurement documentation or statements of work for the services, goods and materials.
Supplier Management
13、The critical supplier is covered with supplier management plan and executed in one structured manner.
14、Ensure KPI’s are agreed and executed with the suppliers.
15、Conduct supplier performance reviews and address issues of non-conformance or low performance.
16、Review any corrective action plan and monitor continuous improvements.
 Supply Market Analysis
17、Conduct supply market research including desk and field research as required, and prepare market reports.
18、Maintain specialist category expertise ensuring Fonterra is knowledgeable about and aware of latest developments and technology impacting on the products and services being purchased.
19、Monitor market dynamics and trends occurring with key commodity inputs purchases.
20、All related supply risk is identified , highlighted and mitigation plan is in place
  Documentation
21、Maintain the appropriate procurement documents including policy and process, specifications, contracts, approvals etc.
 Ethics
22、Ensure that the highest standards of procurement ethics are maintained and the absolute integrity of all procurement practices
23、Promote Fonterra policies on values and ethics and be an advocate for ethical behaviours in Procurement within Fonterra Greater China.




Qualification and experience
1、Education：
                 Essential： University degree, food science background will be a plus
                 Preferred： Workable English
2、Experience：
                 Essential： 5+ years proven experience in commodity background, feedstuff category is a plus
                 Preferred： Foods background, working experience with FMCG or pets foods is a plus;
3、Technical/Functional Expertise：
                 Essential： Sourcing and supplier management skills are a strength
                 Preferred： Strong negotiation and influencing capability
4、Industry Experience：
                 Essential： FMCG food/commodity experience is essential
                 Preferred： Dairy industry knowledge would be an advantage 举报 分享
