职位描述：
Responsibilities:
· Lead sales team for South China to achieve revenue targets.
· Provide effective sales presentations, consultative advice, industry updates to clients.
· Cold calling, surveying, use Salesforce, etc.
· Maintain an awareness of the competitors and implement policies to maintain and improve Santa Fe’s quality standards.
· Conduct regular meetings with internal Operations, Sales and Customer Service teams
· Assist in maintaining government relationships i.e. Customs & Relics Bureau
· Champion sales skills training with team to build a winning sales culture
· Monitor quality, ensure ISO & FAIM Plus standards are followed.
· Reports as per senior management’s needs.
Requirements:
· College or above, major in Business or Trade
· Strong sales background with ideally a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the service industry. Ideally this will be focused on selling services based solutions.
· Excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills
· Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, speaking Cantonese is a plus
· Proven experience in building robust pipelines and accurate forecasting
· Strong presentation and written skills
