Responsibility:
We are looking for a seasoned resource who is good in technical skill and communication.Ideal resource would need to have understanding of managing complex data migration mapping procedure. This particular project would involve working with multiple business process teams, SAP functional team and database administrators. Pro-actively engage stakeholders in scope, design, build, testing, priority setting, and implementation. Builds coalitions among the various stakeholders; negotiates authority to move the project forward.Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussion and resolves conflict and establishes trust. This particular role is heavy on data migration side. Prior exposure to SAP, BODS, Data Migration, Data Warehouse or databases is a big plus and much needed.
Qualification:
-Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
-Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.
-Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
-Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
-A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
-Typically he need to co-ordinate with offshore in English and get the work done by coordinating with the user to get the requirements and clarifications raised by offshore development team in Chinese
