职位描述：
1. 订单管理 Order Management
a) 根据真实的客户需求或ERP系统设置的安全库存及时制订主生产计划，需求及时转换
Work out reasonable master production plan timely according to real customer demand or SS set in ERP system；Production Order release in time
B).根据ERP系统建议和OA申请及时下达采购订单并按照审批授权程序签核订单；
Create a new order according to order proposal of Oxaion and OA application in time and submit the pos for approval according to the WI procedure authority levels; c).催促采购订单交期的确认及跟踪物料的交期, 每日确认达成采购订单交货数量、订单交期和订单确认交期三个重要指标。如有任何异常，需及时处理。
Follow the confirmation & the mat. delivery，daily check the 3 key KPIs, quality performance, delivery capacity and performance to delivery dates. Immediate solving the abnormal purchasing orders is regarded as basic responsibility. d).按照付款流程说明申请支付货款；及时处理质量问题或其它原因导致的补退换货；
Apply for received goods payment according to payment process,Deal with the mat. replenishment, exchange & return in case of any quality issue or shortage;
g). 控制合并进口货物发货含危险品批次以降低物流成本。
Manage and combine the import shipments incl. dangerous goods to reduce the logistic cost by controlling shipping frequency.
'2 生产订单管理 Production order management.
a). 每天或至少每周一次全面回顾生产订单及产能状态，找出导致客户订单延迟的潜在问题，采取多种手段平衡生产，如重新计划生产订单及班次调整；Review the overall status of production orders & capacity daily or at least once a week, find out potential issues causing to customer orders' backlog and achieve the production balance via various approachs like rescheduling the orders or shift adjustment;
b). 尽管做过所有努力但出于材料供应，生产延迟或其它原因不能维持所确认的交货日期要及时通知客户；或者反之则要通知内部相关部门采取措施如推迟材料供应或取消；Inform customer on the delivery changes timely in case that the confirmed delivery schedule could not be kept due to unexpected delay on mat. Supply or production backlog or other reasons though all effort has been made or on the reverse to inform other intern dept. to take related action such as mat. supply postponement or cancellation.

3. 库存控制 Stock control
a). 针对负责的物料做月度库存分析并实施经部门经理认可的库存优化建议，切实有效明显降低库存；
Analyze the inventory monthly for responsible mat. and actively execute optimization proposal approved by sector's manager, really achieving obvious stock dropping tendency;
b). 根据每季度更新的MOQ,安全库存及需求，及时调整在途订单的数量及交期
According to the updated MOQ，SS & demand adjust the open order quantity & delivery date.
c). 每月第5个工作日前根据Kitting安全库存近3~6个月消耗趋势提出调整方案，经部门经理确认执行。Provide kitting safety stock adjustment proposal in the five working days base on recently consumption tendency in recent 3 to 6 months.
d). 监控连接器装配线及零件车间的循环盘点以确保产线的材料库存准确性从而计划的正确性获得一定地保证；
Monitor the cycle count on connectors assembly &Pre-fabrication to ensure the accurate mat. stock on workshop so that the planning accuracy could be guaranteed to a certain extent;
4. 交期管理 Delivery management
a). 连接器产品交期改善 LT improvement of connectors
- Monthly review the Kitting mat. & FG stock and consumption and adjust the SS if necessary;
每月回顾Kitting的材料及成品的库存与消耗，如果必要做出调整；
b). Monthly review the LK 05 performance and find out the failure reasons and take corrective actions;
每月回顾LK 05的业绩，找出失效原因并采取正确的措施；

c). Follow the connectors standard LT promised to customers and keep improvement in the daily work.
遵循承诺给客户的连接器标准交期并在日常工作中进行改善。

5. ERP系统采购相关数据维护 ERP system data Management purchase related
a). Oxaion关联方的基础数据维护如价格，交期等日常维护；
Daily maintanance of the basic data in Oxaion, such as prices, LT;
b). 更新的的MOQ,安全库存等的定期维护；
Regular correction of the updated MoQ, SS etc.;
c). - Key in purchase order to Kindee timely and correctly 及时准确地将采购订单录入金蝶系统 - Finish goods receiving before weekly shipment pick-up 在每周货物抵达仓库前确保完成系统收料 - New material create, keep consistent with Oxaion 基础物料新建，确保与德国Oxaion系统一致 BOM create and update, keep consistent with Oxaion BOM单新建及更新，确保与德国Oxaion系统一致
d). 每月更新新增连接器物料清单给物流部门 3C list monthly review, supply new connector part number to Logistic Dept.
6. 供应商的日常管理Daily supplier management
每周对供应商的交货数量及交期的业绩进行统计并采取相应的改善措施。配合战略采购部对供应商的交货能力进行考核。
Weekly evaluate the supplier performance on delivery date and quantity. Assit strategic purchase dept. to assess the delivery capability of the suppliers.

7. Others tasks assigned by superior.领导布置的其他任务。
