岗位概述
Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas :
负责下列任务和领域
- The aftermarket project execution and spare parts sales position, to take the yearly sales target, to cover one business area, or industry to take care all the related customers to promote the customer satisfactory to the company.
售后计划的执行和后备的销售岗位，都要承担年度销售目标，覆盖整个业务地区，关心所有的客户，令客户对公司感到满意
- Support the area or industry sales manager to approach the sales target and service target.
帮助销售经理完成销售和服务目标
- Collect marketing information of competitors, help to set up the sales strategy and deliver the result.
收集竞争对手的市场信息，帮助制定销售策略并交付结果

Major Duties
主要职责
- Site service, including installation supervision, commissioning and trouble-shooting etc.
负责现场服务，包括安装指导、调试及故障诊断等.
- Provide Diagnose report and solution proposal and quality problem feedback
提供故障诊断报告、提出解决方案并反馈质量问题
- Tracking maintain and deal with the returned product in time, and provide training for the customer
及时跟踪维修和处理客户返修时的产品，并提供客户培训
- Build and maintain a close relationship between company and end users
建立及维护好公司和用户之间的密切良好的合作关系
- Continue feedback of end users’ requirement and activities to company
跟踪并向公司反馈最终用户的要求和情况
- Meet service sales target assign by company
完成公司制定的服务销售指标
- Other tasks assigned by company
完成公司分配的其他任务

Competence
任职资格
- Bachelor degree up
学士学位以上
- Mineral & mining experience is a plus
有矿业&煤矿行业经验者优先
- 3~5 years similar working experience
3 ~ 5年的相关工作经验
- Good English, be able for translation
英语熟练，能做一些翻译工作
- Computer skill: Office, Auto CAD
掌握office 和auto cad软件
- frequently travel is necessary
需要经常出差
