We plan, purchase, build, test, and ship all of our Engineering systems, big data, Cloud computing, Server (platform of Sparc & x86), Storage/Tape, Network & Switches. Our manufacturing facility is supported by many cross function teams including, Manufacturing/Test/Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Operation, Program Management and Business Processes. We are looking for talent with Excellent communication skill(in both verbal & written English), Innovative problem solving & analytical skills, Ability to work independently or in an international team environment, and Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to change and work in an objective driven environment.

Supplier Engineer,
Key member of Oracle's Operations Team working with US Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science related disciplines
Resident in our Contract Manufacturer's factory in Nanning city, GuangXi.

We are hardware manufacturing organization with contract manufacturers (supplier) building our Sun/Oracle server at Asia. Our team helps to manage the engineering & quality deliverable from these local suppliers.
Tasks to be assigned:
-Responsible for and take the lead in any ECM/EMS’s process/manufacturing quality related issues..
-Deliver Product/Test/FA/RCCA Statement of Work (SOW) to EM/JDM/ODM suppliers
-Ensure product/piece part/semi-assemblies parts’ product quality performance thru FAI process, ECO/ECN phase/cut-in.
-Process/manufacturing lead within the global supply chain group
-Develop/Drive closure of supplier process capability gaps with tools of CPK, DOE,FMEA/CP,MSA.
-Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) delivery through a leverage model
-Work closely with Oracle/partner Development Engineering Team and partner NPI Ops team to ensure Design For Manufacturability and Testability are integrated into the product during the New Product Introduction phase
-Identification of quality trends and quality performance in FPY chart/scorecards by regular time basis. Analysis and Assessment of impacts

Qualification:
-Knowledge of IT consume products and telecommunication products and industrials.
-Knowledge of manufacturing process and technology of CNC, Die casting, injection, punching, PCBA processes.
-Knowledge of mechanical/plastic/metal/package/labeling parts.
 Knowledge on ORT/RQT requirement setting, MTBF tool
-Knowledge on Unix OS/FW/POST/OBP/VTS diagnostic suite & ATS+ a plus
-Knowledge on both PCBA & system test processes( ICT/BFT/IST/SAT....)
-Knowledge on HW product life cycle process
-Thorough understanding of desktop computer hardware/architecture
-Leadership and influencing skills
-Thorough understanding of manufacturing and test processes for desktop computer and/or server production
-Ability to build and maintain supplier with positive relationships
-Root cause analysis/FMEA exposure/Control plan.
-Fluent Mandarin(Chinese) and English.
-Must have excellent English communication skills (written & interpersonal), with minimum requirement CET. 6 or equivalent.
-Strong NPI project management and organization skills
