岗位职能职责：

- Participates in cross-functional teams in the assessment of new suppliers by auditing quality system， monitoring industry process and EHS;
参与新供应商评估，包括审核供应商的质量体系以及工艺流程
- In charge of prototyping verification&validation and inspection plan formulation;
负责样品验证检测计划的制定
- Analyzing problem and implementation of corrective actions to resolve supplier quality issues;
分析供应商出现的质量问题并实施改进措施解决问题
- To improve supplier capability by conducting periodic assessments and analyzing performance data;
通过对供应商的定期审核以及数据分析来提升供应商能力
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects using Six Sigma and Lean methods at supplier end;
通过使用6sigma及精益生产，主导或参与供应商持续改进及成本降低项目
- Support suppliers in their effort to implement quality management systems and quality engineering tools;
支持供应商应用质量管理体系及工具
- Assess risk associated with quality issues. Prepare and implement risks mitigation plan;
评估由质量问题带来的风险。准备并实施风险降低计划
- Work with outside agencies to control suppliers quality.
通过外部机构来控制供应商质量
- Build an excellent working relationship with suppliers;
同供应商保持良好的关系

任职资格要求：

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majors;;
机械工程学士或相关专业
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience and 3 years of experience in SQE position;
5年以上制造业经验且有3年供应商质量控制经验
-Experiences in fabrication/welding/Galvanizing and painting
拥有结构、焊接及镀锌和喷涂的经验
-Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001, auditor certificate is preferred;
熟悉ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001认证，最好拥有审核员资格。
-Familiar with 6 Sigma and lean manufacturing and quality tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc;
熟悉6 sigma、精益生产以及一些质量工具，例如：失效模式分析，统计过程控制，测量系统分析等
- Ability to solve problems independently and good communication skill;
独立的解决问题的能力及良好的沟通技巧
- Language skill: Fluent oral & written English
Computer skill: MS office and Minitab
语言要求：流利的英语说写能力
电脑要求：微软办公软件及Minitab
