职位描述：
Essential Functions

1. To develop & grow our business in MBS channel through a standardized key account management.
通过对重点客户的管理，开发并发展美德乐在母婴渠道的生意。
2. Negotiate with key customers with annual trade terms, promotion plan, new products launch plan to enlarge Medela’s market share in these channels.
负责重点客户总部全年贸易条款的谈判，促销计划及新品上市计划，增加美德乐在这些客户中的市场占有率。
3. Achieve sales, business growth and profit objectives.
完成全年销售指标，生意增长及毛利指标。
4. Work with market team for KA planning & account level sales development objectives.
与市场部共同合作制定重点客户销售发展目标。
5. Work with RSMs to ensure good implementation of contract projects, promotion plan, listing, and other account strategy,
与大区经理协作以确保全年合同、促销计划、新品列进等一些项目在门店的执行力。



Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. University degree is essential, degree in medical related field is preferred.
大学本科学历，医药相关专业优先。
2. 5-8 years of sales experience, FMCG or MBS preferred with above 3 years KA management skills
5-8年销售相关工作经验，有快销及母婴渠道3年以上的大客户管理经验。
3. Team player, with good communication and problem solving skills.
良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通技巧及问题解决能力。
4. Strong data analytical skills and power point skills
很强的数据分析能力及PPT技巧。
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.
