职位描述
Accountabilities:
1.Build and maintain a technically competent Asia Pacific Distributor Network capable for independently commissioning and solving a high percentage of filed problems for the standard compressor market
2.Build and maintain a technically competent internal Service Department capable of independently solving a high percentage of field problems in both the standard and engineered product lines and capable of supporting and training the Asia Pacific Distributor network.
3.Develop a feedback mechanism for the organization related to field problems and warranty considerations
4.The position is responsible for providing feedback to the factory regarding quality and warranty issues.
5.Advise and recommend field service pricing and profit strategies based on the organization's EBITDA goals and on a working knowledge of competitive policies.
6.Analyze customer requirements, both existing and potential, and recommend concepts to increase sales.
7..Prepare and recommend Service profit plan goals.
8.Maintain a strong and cooperative two-way communication link with the plant and existing customer base.
9.Effectively supervise the Technical Support Engineering and Service Technicians.
10.Coordinate the distribution of all technical instructions and bulletins to the Asia Pacific distributors.
11. Travel to customer sites to provide high-level technical support when applicable
12. Work with the Divisional headquarters in the development of state of the art field diagnostic capabilities.
13.Prepare fiscal expense and capital budgets for the Field Service department
14. Review of service contracts and agreements.
15. Resolves accounts receivables problems, as required.
16. Maintain a system to handle off-hours emergency service calls, as required.
17. Responsible for the negotiation of customer back charges.
18. Assist in providing technical and manpower support as required.
19. Insure that the training of all distributors and Service Representatives/Technicians is kept up to date according to the guidelines of the organization.
20. Provide technical support to all repair shops. If required.
21. Develop an effective plan to cross train the CES Service Engineer(s) with Turbocompressor product service capabilities.
22. Perform additional duties as required.
Education:BS degree in Engineering or its equivalent in specific product manufacturing or application
Other:a good working knowledge of the complete product line; possess good communication skills with strong technical, administrative and supervisory ability
