Responsibilities 工作职责
? Responsible for EV car technical support for dealerships.

? Responsible for providing EV car technical support for the OEMs

? Leading a team of highly trained technicians, advisors, valets and concierges

? Manage the teams, parts operations and scheduling

? Manage warranty and cost savings

? Maintain records of time, materials and work performed

? Ensure compliance to relevant rules and regulations

? Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirement 要求
? At least 5 -8 years of aftersales technical experience at Dealer
      至少5-8年经销商售后技术支持工作经验
? At least 5 years of EV car experience.
      至少5年电动汽车维修经验
? Car maintenance relevant professional college or intermediate technical titles
      汽车维修相关专业或技术职称
? Hybrid or electric vehicle experience a bonus
      混合动力或电动汽车相关经验优先考虑
? Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
       良好的中英文读写能力
? Occasional travel may be required
       能适应偶尔的出差
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识和技能要求
? Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of E-vehicles including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules.
? Knowledge of operation E-vehicles of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment.
? Knowledge of EV car equipment and servicing methods
? Knowledge of extensive skill and experience using high voltage scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes/DVOM equipment
? Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
? Ability to perform daily record keeping and reporting
? Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
? Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
? Ability to maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as an automotive technician. 举报 分享
