职位描述：
Reporting to the Area Manager, the tore Manager is responsible for business performance of Loro Piana Guangzhou Taikoo Hui Store and works as ambassador of the brand. The position holder will take ownership to proactively foster the achievement of sales goals, build client relationships, coach and develop the team.
本岗位直接向区域经理汇报, 负责广州太古汇精品店的经营管理并担当品牌大使的角色。 日常工作中需要积极主动地推进销售目标的达成，建立客户关系，以及承担店铺团队辅导和开发者的角色。

Job responsibilities 工作职责：
- Business and client development 生意和客户的拓展
- Team management and development 团队管理和发展
- Sure daily store operations in coherent with standard procedures 确保店铺日常运营符合标准流程规范

Position Requiement 任职要求：
- Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years of working experiences in relevant industry, of which 4 years in a managerial position
本科或以上学历，有八年以上相关行业工作经理，其中至少四年在管理层岗位
- Strong skills on identifiying and maximizing the business opportunity
出色的发现和运用生意契机的能力
- Skillful in client development and relationships management
擅长客户开发和关系管理
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to work as a leader
出色的人际沟通能力，能起到核心领导的角色
- Down to earth, result driven and able to handle multi task under working pressure
踏实，以结果为导向，能够在压力下同时承担多项任务
- Passionate for the brand and the product

- Good command of English and computer skills
