Job summary
1. Lead the team provide high quality data validation service to customer
2. Work with team to support both internal and external data cleansing projects
3. Build and develop a high efficiency and stable team
Responsibility
? Ensure team meet and exceed productivity and quality standards.
? Persistently design and optimize processes to ensure best-in-class delivery.
? Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure issues are dealt effectively and efficiently.
? Recruit, coach, motivate, appraise and retain team members.
? Interact with client for issue resolutions.
? Need to be an excellent data validator himself/herself
? Support marketing and new business functions when required
? Show operational expertise to clients
Requirement
? College or above degree
? 5+ years prior Call Center supervisory experiences
? Highly organized and results oriented
? Persistence in pursuing operational excellence
? Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
? Good pressure resistance
? Good command of English in reading and writing
? Familiar with MS Windows, Browser and Office
Nice to have
? Knowledge in health care, life science or pharmaceutical sectors.
? Experiences of presale or project management.
? Savvy of data issue identification
