职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责收集并整理公司参保人员的社保信息及资料，做好社保申报等社保管理的相关工作；
2.积极学习社保方面的法律法规，负责解答员工提出的关于社保扣缴、社会保险变更城市、数据合并、社保报销、等方面的问题；
3.负责员工关系管理和劳动合同管理工作；
4.负责员工考勤及工资的核算；
5.完成公司及上级领导交办的其他工作。
 
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、劳动经济、劳动和社会保障等相关专业优先；
2.具有1年以上社保实操工作经验，熟悉社保办理流程,有风险预警管理的意识；有相关行业从业经验者优先考虑；
3.熟悉国家保险的缴纳、申请、享受等相关政策；熟悉使用社保中心系统软件；
4.具有较强的服务意识，具备良好的沟通能力、执行能力和数据处理能力。
