职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 开工前后协助项目经理与大楼物业沟通，并收集和工程相关的信息；
2、 公司资质证书和安全生产许可证的维护工作，包括证书年检、人员培训；掌握最新建筑装饰行业管理条例，行业相关技术规范等；
3、 协助采购合同签订以及实施；
4、 为客户提供周到贴心的维保服务的协调工作，维护好与客户的关系；
5、 其他项目管理方面的相关工作，如制作会议纪要、项目报告等。
 
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，土建/工民建/建筑等相关专业者优先，
2.两年以上相关工作经验，具有一定的室内装修知识，了解室内装饰流程、有一定项目管理经验者优先；
3.沟通能力强，具备较强的团队合作意识，自我学习和独立工作能力强，能吃苦耐劳。
4.有良好的组织协调能力和现场经验，良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力；
5.英文CET-6，英语听、说、读、写能力俱佳者优先；
6.熟练操作计算机，及相关软件的操作，如：Word，Exel， Powpoint，Auto cad，etc；
7.若无相关建筑经验，英语较好者亦可。 举报 分享
