Key Responsibilities - HRBP:
1.Provide full range HR generalist support for a diverse client group
2.Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relation issues.
3.Co-work with Corp HR and execute significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
4.Investigate employee concerns, conduct internal audits, and implement appropriate resolution steps.
5.Recommend and lead improvements to HR programs and policies.
6.Partner with managers to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
7.Strong analytical skills required to support various reporting needs including headcount and various HR metrics.
8.Actively participate in various business and HR team initiatives.
Responsibilities 2 – Recruiting support when needed: overall support site recruitment, including but not limited to below:
1.Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.
2.Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.
3.Extensive experience in bulk hiring (volume hiring) and able to meet on boarding schedule targets.
4.Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result
5.Responsible for campus hiring planning activities, building relationship with universities
6.Act as a brand Ambassador in representing company in the space of talent market through active participation in employment branding events
7.Working with sales team to provide talent market and develop strategies and plan to build up talent pool in advance need
8.Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques
9.Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentation
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, with 3+ years directly related HRG/Hiring experience.
2.General knowledge of HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies.
3.Excellent leadership, problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
4.Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.
5.Experience in effective resolution of employee issues, strong facilitation skills, and counseling skills.
6.Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.
7.Demonstrated integrity and ability to deal confidentially with information and issues.
8.Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.
9.Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
10.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects.
