Title: Sr. / Facility Engineer
Report to: Facility Manager

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automatic controlling or Engineering.
2. Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and cooling (HVAC), Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure and facilities management.
3. Minimum 5 years related working experiences, at least 2 years working experience on facility management in foreign companies (European or US)
4. Proven project management experiences. good organizational skills and cost management experience
Other skills
1. Excellent knowledge in HVAC automation control system.
2. Minimum 5 years experience preferably in facilities operation and maintenance for large-scale factories.
3. Ability to work in a team environment as well as collaborate with other engineers to solve breakdown issues and recommend technical solution
4. Facility related projects management experience.
5. Strong follow-up capability.
6. A good team member and good communication skills
7. Have the relevant experience of facility and equipment installation and setup
8. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Autocad.
9. Good at English writing and reading, spoken English is plus.
10. EHS concepts in daily work

Main Tasks
1. To maintain all the building systems in the company, including but not limited to HVAC operation and maintenance, Electricity, water supply, compressed air system, lighting, crane, forklift etc.
2. Providing frontline troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem solving techniques, and restore back to its desired operating condition.
3. To oversee ongoing operations of the building systems, ensure operating at the optimum efficiency.
4. Make preventive maintenance plan for various systems, and implement the plan on time.
5. Minitor all the vendors’ performance and cost. Ensure the services are delivered in accordance with the Contract and SLA and constantly improve the performance of the Vendors and find cost saving solution.
6. Planning and internal user coordination. Strives to increase the users’ satisfactory level.
7. Handle the building related approval with local authorities.
8. Keep all the necessary licenses in validity period (such as pressure vessel, elevator, crane, forklift)
9. Work with Line manager to support on New building Project if needed in Shanghai or in greater China area.
