职位描述：
Help us to make the training fun! This role is responsible for managing all training activities, events and seminars at customer sites or online in a professional and creative manner. Desirable candidate should have sound understanding and practical experience in following aspects:
? Design, deliver and evaluate training courses for adults throughout all organizational hierarchies.
? Training program development and management.
? Creative event and seminar planning and execution capabilities.
? Understanding of public media and distributing channels.

Experience:
? 3~5 years practical experience in training institute, professional service firms, multinational companies.
? Proven record of managing large scale events or seminars.

Candidate requirement:

? Bachelor degree or above in Human resources, psychology, education, anthropology or related.
? Fluent Chinese and English as working language.
? Ability to adapt to fast paced working environment.
? A quick learner and open minded to new ways of doing things.
? Pay attention to details and can manage rigid project schedule.
? Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
