Job Description:
1. Support Washington DC account and all DC-China related projects.
2. Promote investment, trade, technology, education, and tourism between DC and China, and thus to strengthen DC-China relationship, especially the sister city relationship between DC and Beijing.
3. Put together market research, and attract Chinese investors to DC, especially in real estate area.
4. Provide and assist consultancy, market analysis, interpretation/translation, and other services as required for DC small to medium sized businesses who have interest in expanding their business to the China market.
5. Promote all-level education cooperation between DC and China, including DC-Beijing sister schools, university-level global MBA program, and other education-related programs.
6. Work with tour operators and airlines to promote DC as the tourism destination.
7. Support DC Mayor’s or government officials’ China missions.
Requirements:
1. Master degree in business, international relation, and economics or related.
2. Working experience and real estate background preferred
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
4. Detail-orientated, well-organized, responsible and can work independently and as the team leader.
5. Familiar with DC area, ideally with education or living experience in DC.
6. Passion in US-China relation and business relation.
