职位描述：
岗位职责：

HSE manager generally plan, coordinate implement issues directives within the organization.
He/She contributes to ensure safe environmental working conditions fall employees.
He/She works to prevent accidents, infections, injuries environmental damages caused by the Company.

1.Supports Project Managers during planning execution stage of service projects.
  支持项目经理在计划和执行阶段的服务项目。
2.Supports General Directto ensure all relevant reporting site team contractors is gathered reported in accordance with procedures.
  支持总经理,以确保所有相关现场团队和承包商按照程序收集和汇报。
3.Ensures that all operation specific health & safety environmental risks are identified, appropriate risk management plans are in place.
  确保所有特定于操作的健康与安全和环境风险识别和适当的风险管理计划。
4.Proposes prepares HSE investment plans fthe plant in accordance with Pirelli HSE standards Local laws regulations.

5.Performs coordinates the required HSE trainings in order to ｃreate safety culture increase the environmental awareness.

任职要求：

1.Education教育背景
University degree in technical scientific (such as chemical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, etc.).
本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学等相关专业；
Fields studied should include industrial hygiene, ergonomics, safety science, environmental science, environmental health public health ISO14001 OHSAS18001
领域的研究应该包括工业卫生、人机工程学、安全科学、环境科学、环境卫生、公共卫生、ISO14001和OHSAS18001

2.Language语言
It is require spoken written English.
良好的英语听、说、读、写技能

3.Experience 经验
Minimum 4 years of professional experience required HSE field.
至少4年环境健康安全领域的工作经验
