Purpose (why does the job exist within the organization:
? Provide L1 technique & operation support to MGS back office users & front office users
? IT Server Room Maintenance
? Runsa simple maintenance for front office users
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Responsible for installation, monitoring and troubleshooting of VM, computer, network, VoIP, Storage, security and Windows Server environment including laptop/desktop, printer, Cisco IP Phones, Video conference system and mobile devices.
? Responsible for daily IT operation / day to day supporting of existing systems, including but not limited to routers, switches, IBM servers, HP servers, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows XP/7/10, MS Office software, Exchange 2003 / 2010.
? Responsible for L1 support for back office users & front office users.
Main skills, competencies and knowledge required：
1.Business skills Required
1)Experience in Retail industry
2)Knowledge and Experience Required
? Experience in Windows XP/7/10 and MS Office 2007/2010/2013/2016.
? Minimum 2 years hands-on working experiences in helpdesk
? Minimum 2 years on TCP/IP network administration
? Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure tools and services (Network, Server, Printer, Security, and Voice).
? Knowledge on IT services management
? Office 365 experience is a plus
? Experience on RUNSA operation support is a plus
? Experience in LANDesk administration and operation is a plus
? Microsoft, Cisco or Juniper certifications a plus (CCNA, CCNP, MTA, MCSE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP etc.)
3) Personal
? Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
? Ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues
? Strict and mature thinking
? Strong customer and service focus
? Able to work across geographic, time zone and cultural boundaries
