Position: Accountant
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Location: Shanghai

Essential Functions

Check employee expense report and arrange the due payment and personal reimbursement in time
审核员工个人报销，安排到期对公付款及员工报销付款
Check sales orders and the post sales vouchers
审核销售订单及月底生成销售凭证
AR account reconciliation in system and prepare AR aging report
经销商系统赊销核账，制作应收账款账龄表
Master data Maintenance of Kingdee and other System
金蝶和其他系统基础数据维护
keep original voucher and be responsible for accounting documents filling
保管原始凭证并进行装订归档
Other internal finance reports and works assigned by leaders
编制内部财务数据表和领导安排的工作
Good communication with other departments
与其他部门保持良好的沟通
Other ad hoc works
其他工作

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance or related area. Solid knowledge of PRC accounting / reporting standards and tax regulations will be prefer
本科或以上学历，主修财务专业或其他相关专业。熟悉会计准则及税务规定者优先
At least 2-3 years financial experience
至少2-3年以上财务工作经验
Familiar with Kingdee or other ERP system.
熟悉金蝶或其他ERP系统
A good working knowledge of Office software (Excel, Word etc.)
熟悉及能熟练操作Excel及Word等办公软件。
Supply Chain of Kingdee or cost accounting will be prefer
金蝶供应链或成本核算方面工作的经验优先
Able to work under pressure, and work independently
工作中能承受压力并独立开展工作
Able to change in new situations and good teamwork spirit
