JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: IT CRM developer
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Application Development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
● Develop, administer and support existing Salesforce.com environments and align work to the technical and business strategies.
●Interface with business and IT resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions for the business requirements.
●Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to extract information needed to develop global solutions.
●Understand potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems, processes or projects.
●Constantly develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Identify new and trailblazing solutions; assess their relevance and potential value to the organization and present information to teammates and management.
●Configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages.
●Assists with the design and documentation of the Company’s application software environment, and is responsible for contributing to application development projects of medium to high complexity.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
？Thoroughly understand the Salesforce platform and be able to interact with Business Analysts and business users to translate business requirements into design specifications
？Develop logic, interfaces, workflows, automations, and security within Salesforce using configuration, APEX and Visualforce pages
？Integrate external applications with the Salesforce platform using various API technologies
？Configure and maintain sandbox environments to ensure proper testing and deployment practices are enforced
？Document changes in a manner that provides clarity to the users and extensibility to the code base in the future
？Troubleshoot user issues
？Provide assistance/backup to the Salesforce Administrators as needed
？Provide Tier II Support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to Salesforce
？Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with clients

Requirements:
？A bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems, finance, business management or related field is required
？3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce.com / cloudcraze developer using Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com, APIs
？3+ years of IT programming experience using Java, C# or .Net
？JavaScript, XML, JSON, FTP, SOAP, REST Web Services, CSS, Web Services
？Experience in Agile development methodology
？Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
？Exceptional customer service skills
？Diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly
？Can work with little supervision and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times.
