Microsoft's Cloud and Enterprise division is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work with us on the next generation of mobile developer services and tools. The primary responsibilities of this role are to design and code new software and services for the Mobile DevOps market. You will work extensively on building developer services that are loved and relied upon by hundreds of thousands around the world. If you are passionate about mobile, are excited by constantly learning in an ever changing e***ironment and market and above all love to focus on customers and building products they love – we want to hear from you!

As part of our team, you will be expected to be an expert on cloud services, including developing, building and operating them. We are looking for a strong technical engineer who will provide technical leadership and who also has high passion and empathy for customers, delivering high quality customer value and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build and validate scalable, high availability services and tools

- Collaborate with teammates in various roles to plan and execute on key deliverables

- Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection and growth

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of full-time professional experience designing and developing high quality software or services

- 5+ years in building highly-scalable distributed systems

- Proven track record of technical and team leadership

- Excellent communication skills

- Bonus points: Experience in iOS, Android, Xamarin and/or React-Native development lifecycles

- Degree in computer science, engineering or related field

　　与本地客户和技术社区保持密切互动在微软全球研发过程中至关重要。鉴于中国市场的重要性，服务器与开发工具事业部中国研发团队通过广泛交流,有组织地参与到本地生态系统和技术社区互动中：一）通过微软技术大会（TechEd）、MSDN和TechNet等微软技术网站与广大的本地开发人员和 IT专业人员交流；二）针对目标群体推出了微软技术先行计划(TAP)，微软最有价值专家(MVP)开放日、贵宾接待等特殊项目理解客户的需求；三）与相关原始设备制造商（OEM）、独立软件开发商（ISV）、系统集成商（SI）等合作伙伴开展深入互动。2010年9月，服务器与开发工具事业部中国研发团队组建了微软中国云计算创新中心（CCIC），全力以赴地支持合作伙伴和客户顺利运用微软Hyper-V和Azure云计算产品和技术。
