职位描述:
1、配合销售经理、技术经理处理项目文件、信件的往来，协调厂家的采购订货，产品配送，与客户建立良好关系，跟踪项目，总结客户信息归档 ，
2. 负责公司销售相关文件、资料的归档整理，保存发放工作；
3.配合市场部门做好相应的后勤保障工作；
4. 协助营销人员完成公司下达的销售任务；销售月报，周报统计，销售合同统计表；
5. 保持与上级经理、营销人员及其他部门同事良好的沟通关系；
6. 协同商务部人员翻译公司产品资料。
7. 负责报关流程办理，报关单回收等。

任职要求：
1、 良好的中英文口头表达能力，性格开朗，活泼，良好的职业道德及工作责任心；
       具备良好的销售服务意识以及较强的判断能力；
2、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的自我激励能力；
3、工作态度严谨，责任心强，拥有良好的执行力和团队精神；
4、做事踏实,认真负责,品格优良,热爱学习,勇于挑战自己,改变自己；
5、OFFICE操作熟练，Photoshop，熟悉产品厂商、代理商、集成商、零售商销售的流程；
