职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责对供应商进行定期的过程审核，绩效评测
2.培养、指导及提高供应商的质量水平；
3.确保供应商保质保量按时出货；
4.组织会议对供应商周报，月报，良率review
5.汇总、跟踪所有供应商质量问题；
6.确认、跟踪供应商不良问题的整改措施和8D报告的提交；
7.协助研发部门项目和工艺开发的进度实施；
8. 在充分了解供应商的生产流程和关键控制点基础上，帮助供应商在生产过程和质量控制等方面找出潜在的问题，避免出现任何质量事故；
9. 及时汇报相关进度并完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：
1.五年以上电子半导体制造和封装行业相关经验；三年以上供应商管理经验
2.熟悉供应商质量管理相关体系和工具;
3.英语口语流利，有驻厂工作经验者优先;
4.能适应长期出差；
6.较强的逻辑思维能力，责任心，执行力，团队意识强，具有独立工作能力，应变能力, 谈判能力，交涉能力；

Job Description
1. supplier regular audit and performance access and review
2. Support and help supplier to improve the quality level
3. Ensure the sample on time delivery and quality
4. Organize meeting to review weekly report and monthly report on yield and quality issue
5. Summary and follow up all the quality process issue till fixed
6. Follow supplier on quality issue investigation report and push 8D report delivery
7. Master the process of SIP assembly and help supplier to improve the process issue to avoid and reduce the possibility of quality issue
8. Timely report project schedule /progress/issue to supervisor and completed the other tasks
Qualification
1. 5 years and above of experiences on semiconductor and electronic factory; More than three years on supplier management
2. Be familiar with QMS system and common tools
3. Fluent oral English, on-site support experiences preferred
4. Support long term on-business trip
5. Be responsible with strong communication, organization, driving, negotiation skills. 举报 分享
