Main Task:

1 Implementation of Group Marketing Sales and Service Processes
? Gap Analysis
? Leading Process Change
? Implement defined roles
? Implement Group KPIs
2 Implement the selected CRM solution in the relevant subsidiary
3 Harmonize CRM and ERP in Connection with IT department
4 Document the relevant systems and build training material
5 Train in train-the-trainer concept
6 Discover, document, and analyze key organizational processes
7 Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations, third party integrations, solutions design, and process methodology

Requirements:

A Education:tertiary education: Master of science in informatics, Master of Business Administration
B Know How:Very good know how in:
1. Experience in Marketing, sales and Service process designs
2. Experience with MS Dynamics CRM 4.0/ 2011
3. Advantage: certification as MS CRM consultant
4. Teamwork
5. work in an international environment
6. experience in leading major projects
7. Documentation & Training
8. ERP SAP/MS-Nav knowledge

C Experiences:5 years
D languages:English: pro (spoken and written)
Chinese: native
Other Aisan languages: Nice to have
E IT-Know How:

1. Microsoft products, Server, applications / skill level: high
