Role accountabilities:
1. To prepare Account Plans for successful implementation of all company’s activities.
2. Maintain customer profiles and continuous flow of information on market condition, sales, competitors’ activities, trade stocks and update performances of Key Accounts
3. Ensure pricing structures are being enforced and strictly adhered to.
4. Develop and maintain good standard of merchandising/ display activities for Key Accounts.
5. Responsible for effective and efficient promotional spend based on allocations from Trade Marketing.
6. Service the specified key accounts and be responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service, collections and promotions.
7. Evaluate promotions carried out with major Key Accounts with full analysis of achievement against objectives and recommendation on improvements for future campaign.
8. Develop Customer Development Plan and ensure action plans and Business objectives agreed upon are implemented and achieved.
9. Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of Key Account management strategies and plans to attain “Preferred Supplier” status.
Qualification and experience:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors
2. Creativity and operational skills
3. Strong communicator- convincing, negotiation
4. At least basic knowledge/ ability to speak English
5. Relevant experience in Food industry.
6. Min 5 years professional experience, preferably in EC Taobao management
