Job Description:

Key missions:

1/ 负责KA客户的谈判，执行KA客户的年度市场计划， 达成年度销售任务

2/ 掌握KA客户的战略方向和销售动向，根据市场竞争状况，及时调整市场计划。

3/ 监控KA客户的实际库存，动销，制定合理的订货计划，维护客户的健康库存。

4/ 分析管理各项促销活动的投资回报率，根据市场和销售表现调整促销政策。

5/ 与市场部/电商部/质量部及时有效沟通

6/ 协助上级做好日常部门的管理和培训等。

1/ Negotiate with KA customer and execute annual plan to achieve the annual target.

2/ Well understand the strategy and sales situation of each KA. Adjust marketing plan according the real situation in the market.

3/ To monitor KA clients’ sales, stocks and shelf life, work out suitable order plan, to follow up and maintain a healthy stock level in KA.

4/ To manage and study the MKT activities and ROI of each promotion, adapt our own plan and execution according the market status and performance.

5/ Have efficient communication with marketing/ E-commerce/Quality Department.

6/ Assist Department manager to execute daily management and training.

Requirement:

1/ 大学以上学历

2/ 3-5年快速消费品领域销售管理经验，有经销商管理经验者优先

3/ 具有营销管理经验，良好的沟通能力及流利的中英文表达能力

4/ 具有快速学习能力，能收集，管理，整合并分析各项信息，团队合作意识强，知晓谈判心理学并有实际谈判能力

5/ 具有开放的思维，积极勤奋，诚实可靠，富有想象力和观察力，保持好奇心和上进心，能适应在高度压力下工作。

1/ College degree or above

2/ 3-5 years in FMCG, distributer management experience preferred

3/ Knowledge: sales and able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese will be an advantage.

4/ Know-how: To learn quickly, Ability to coordinate and organise merchandising, manage promotions and negotiate with customers.

5/ How to be: We are looking for someone with a opening mind, positive attitude, ambitious, reliable, loyal and a good team player, Willing to work under pressure.
