Summary of Job
Manage, optimize and ensure that all HR and H&S processes to run in its excellence, serving as support for other areas and processes in achieving the objectives, strategies and organizational goals.
Duties and responsibilities
? Manage and run activities related to human resources including training and development, jobs and wages, benefits, general administration, recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, labor relations, communication, and performance management in accordance with regional & global guidelines established.
? Ensure that all Human Resources subsystems operate efficiently to meet the strategic objectives of the company.
? Perform the role of business partner and company managers in order to provide the necessary support and meet the existing needs.
? Ensure the development of strategic reports that allow the control of hand labor and allow the management and financial data company control, such as: changes in headcount, overtime, etc.
? Ensure the implementation of policies relating to Human Resources.
? Answer any inspections of the Ministry of labor, health and safety work.
? Coordinate and participate in union negotiations, enabling the capital versus labor relationship.
? Participate in meetings in order to support in matters related to HR.
? Expedite the troubleshooting process, effectively implementing the necessary changes.
Education & Language
? Minimum degree: Bachelor
? Study Area: Administration, management, trade and the like
? Language: English advanced preferred
Required Experience
? Desirable experience of more than 10 years in the activity
