Be Responsible for Master production schedule.

This position build the daily production schedule, Follow with production for the production progress, Monitor the potential risk for the production delay.

This position develops monthly shipment forecasts in coordination with marketing company orders groups and facility operations management. Evaluates existing order backlogs, expected future order activity and current facility operations constraints in developing facility shipment forecast. Works closely with facility operations and supply chain planning to identify and resolve internal facility constraints.

Follow with material planning for the material availability.

Requirements:

SAP experience is must.

Knowledge and understanding of 6 Sigma project management principles

APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification desired

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

College or university degree, or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering is required

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills

Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures

Solid product knowledge

desired_skills_qualifications: Experience in scheduling, or related supply chain tasks is desired.

Extensive knowledge of prime products and attachments

Familiarity with company manufacturing facilities, processes, and equipment

Be familiar with PP model of SAP system 熟悉SAP系统

3+years production planning experience is prefer 3年以上大型工厂生产计划经验

Good English both oral and writing. 良好的英语口语和书写能力

Good digital analysis competence, such as data analysis, statistics, collection, etc. 对数字敏感,有良好的数据分析、统计、汇总的能力

Good communicative skills, high level of responsibility, able to resolve problems independently 良好的沟通技巧,高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力
