Position Summary

Medela is the world’s leading advocate and partner for human milk, as well as a highly regarded manufacturer of quality and innovative medical professional vacuum systems. Human Milk business unit exists to enhance mother and baby health through the life-giving benefits of human milk.

This position serves as Visual Merchandising expert of retail channels within the Medela organization in China. The candidate needs to be able to communicate closely with KA manager and Sales Managers in Sales department and Product Management in Marketing department. The candidate need to support the China Breastfeeding marketing and sales teams to drive the in-store visual evolvement so as to enable the offline business growth of Medela in China.

Essential Functions

To conceive and implement the retail design and visual design brand strategy according to the brand codes and the global or local priorities, including VI, leaflet, packaging, posters, shop images with creativity.
Responsible for the establishment of retail store image specifications
Responsible for the order, design and production coordination of store counters, store display program, display material execution guidance and supervision
Responsible for offline brand image design annual retail marketing activities, support the TOP KA's key activities, materials, background poster design, etc.
Responsible for the design and schedule control of the offline new launch design activities.
Have strong visual expression, creative thinking, passion for design, excellent organization, coordination and communication skills

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor degree with related major in Design
Have successful cases of band design, above 3 years VM experience
Familiar with brand displaying , promoting process.
Familiar with and mastering the late process, printing process, etc.
Understand the customers’ and consumers’ expectations with business sensitivity
Proficient in using CorelDRAW, adobe, Photoshop, illustrator and other design software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Mom with breast feeding experience is preferred.
Basic command of English (both spoken and written) is a must 举报 分享
