1. Sales Activities
To work with Field sales to improve customer’s loyalty/ retention, develop new accounts by calling and maintain database pool.
a) Plans and prepares for sales calls to both existing and prospect customers e.g. contact person, potential, trading history, etc. using the sales system and other available, relevant information
b) Performs business development calls to appropriate contacts within existing and prospect customers according to the agreed activity KPI’s and approved sales processes
c) Supports marketing campaigns by following-up on each DM /EDM with target customers over the telephone
d) Identifies the potential trade profile of a customer and acts accordingly e.g. makes an appointment for the Field sales.
e) Consistently presents the full range of products, services and technologies to every customer over the telephone
f) Investigates the share of wallet for each customer and develops existing customers via up selling and/or cross selling

2. Sales Administration
To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction and maximise the face-to-face selling time of the Field sales.
a) Supports the efficient management of the field sales agenda
b) Completes and updates customer information and documentation as required by the business
c) Accurately updates the Sales systems following each customer interaction to ensure complete and current client information such as potential trade profiles, decision makers, record communications etc.
d) Set up and maintain database pool

3. Relationship Management
To ensure we win, keep, develop and recover Ocean ,Air and contract logistics business by building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
a) Forms professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers in identified customer organisations through positive telephone contact
b) Ensures all customers are contacted on a regular basis by following the agreed contact strategy
c) Ensures customers are kept up to date with relevant Yusen information and reports, where applicable
d) Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas as required to ensure customer satisfaction

4. People Management
To be assistance direct boss to manage indoor sales team in throughout China
a) Daily monitor indoor sales activities and make sure sales process implemented strictly
b) To set up goal for indoor sales and ensure to address the goal in right way
c) By weekly , debrief indoors activities and productivities and discipline in working time
d) By regularly train telemarketing sales to make sure each subordinate knowledgeable and skillful.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree is needed.

2. Preferred Experience and Knowledge
a) At least 1 year’s experience in a direct sales role
b) Previous telephone sales experience is preferable but not essential
c) Previous free hand sales experience is an advantage
d) Forwarding & contract logistics industry experience (minimum 3 years)
e) Good communication skills.

3. Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
a) Language skills: Fluent in English and local language. Other languages welcome
b) Basic PC skills
