Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
As a product launch marketer in NXP’s Microcontroller organization, you will be responsible for the launch and mass market success of new products introduced to market with our channel partners. You will work within the mass market team to deliver content in support of the Kinetis, LPC and i.MX platforms. A successful candidate will be flexible and versatile to adapt to the potential challenges of positioning a product for the broad market.
The candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills, be able to explain complex solutions via web and print medium, have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
Drive execution of multiple product launches by leading launch calls and deliverables with a cross-functional team of engineers and professionals
Develop sales and customer-facing collateral to help achieve growth in new opportunities through NXP’s distribution network.
Create key NPI collateral and support for distributors including communicators, “6-pack” presentations, and new product introduction (NPI) portal entries.
Initiate in the development of key marketing programs in distribution i.e. seminars, webinars, demos in a box.
Help to come up with new ideas and sales tools to train NXP sales and distribution.
Grow opportunities with distribution in A/P for new products
Track launch results through clear business metrics
Your Profile:
? College Degree in Engineering or business
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong project management skills
? Fluent in English (written and oral)
