职位描述：
Purpose of Role:

· Subject matter expertise for spearheading and mentoring the Business process Analysis and Improvement in order to raise the customer service index.
· Facilitating the new proposed digitization from the functional and implementation perspective thereby improving internal efficiencies.
· Catalysing the Spark Ideation process by spreading the Quality DNA across regions
· Maintenance of the management systems and the new certification requirements
· Optimized forecasting/ planning and reengineer the business process
· Partner with the business to strategize the revenue generation
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sales Improvement and cost saving (QNI) by strategizing VAS and leading/ mentoring projects respectively
· Process improvement by optimizing TAT, Penalty Loss avoidance, Optimized Capacity plan, Automation
· Adherence to the Quality budget for the digitization concepts and Audit/ training travel
· Timely and effective closures on all the failure points – ISO NCs/ SLAs/ CEI (VOA/Complaints/ VOM)
· Supporting the Functional Implementation and awareness of the digitization concepts i.e. CMS/ Spark/ online DIRs/ VOA etc.
· Monitor the Quality Control process thereby reducing the number of errors
· Provide analysis on the low performing parameters to aid improvement
· Facilitate Closures on all the Spark Ideas, projects and BPS
· Effective planning of Internal Quality Audits and management system maintenance
· Training and awareness of staff in the region on the Quality methodologies and the management systems

Qualifications:

· Education: Minimum: Completed Graduation (university degree)
· Knowledge & Key Skills: Strong research skills with an attention to detail
· Demonstrate creativity, learnability and ability to innovate
· Knowledge of Excel (intermediate) and ISO/ Six Sigma preferred however not mandatory.
