Job summary

Ø CRM sales to market data uploading:
* to collect sales data generated by distributors and preliminary checked by Regional Sales
Managers and fulfil Virbac excel templates accordingly.
* to control consistency and correction of sales data in co-operation with Regional Sales
Managers.
* to upload sales data to Virbac CRM at least once per month for all related distributors.
* to identify dysfunctions, mistakes or missing data and inform Regional Sales Managers to
be completed and corrected by distributors

Ø Sales & Marketing reports & KPI preparation:
* to provide on 1^st day of every month reports defined to be addressed to authorized people
* to calculate defined KPI to be communicated on 1^st day of every month to authorized people

Ø Sales & Stocks assessment:
* to compare for every Virbac product sales in & out of distributor
* to assess stock at distributor level and compare with stock data provided by distributor
* to share information with Supply Chain Manager and Regional Sales Manager for actions as
needed
