Key responsibilities:
? Handle orders from stores on a daily basis.
? Accurately and timely handle all the orders into system.
? Handle special orders from customers, update order revision into system and inform to relevant parties.
? File Delivery notes (normal DN, stock recovery notes, OS&D notes, sums notes etc.).
? Handle OS&D in system timely on a daily basis.
? Consolidate the revised orders and communicate with stores
? Communicate the daily operation with customers when needs.
? Accept the complaints from customers and report to supervisor.
? Communicate with customers and operation team in stock recovery, collect relevant information and print out stock recovery request.
? Complete work assigned by manager and supervisor.
? Follow up the standard operation procedure strictly.
? Keep good communication with supervisor or manager in time of any emergency.
Skills:
? Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills.
? Good command of reading and written Chinese
? MS office applications and Chinese window
Experience:
? 5 years customer relations, customer services or sales administration experience
Qualifications:
? Junior college degree or above, major in Market & sales or management or relative subject
