职位描述：
Overall Responsibility/工作概述:
AP Accountant need to handle all accounts payable related business, make sure all payments processed correctly & on time. Also keep providing good service to show team & smooth cooperation with other functional departments.

Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:
1.Ensure payment cut-off completely & timely according to level matrix of authority
2.Be responsible for both vendor payment & staff expense claim processing from SUN accounting system to CitiDirect/manual cheque preparation
3.Need update staff cash advance report & trace with applicant timely
4.Need record outstanding invoice list carefully & trace timely
5.Process BPM issues on timely basis, follow up with long term outstanding items & clear up asap
6.Petty cash check & record on each Friday
7.Cash management & bank account management
8.Comply to month end closing timetable and provide necessary support to GL team. Such as bank & cash balance report, bank daily, bank statement. etc.
9.Keep good communication with Citibank & BOC
10.Provide show on-site support when necessary
11.Communicate with other teams & departments effectively to solve problems
12.Back up team member each other smoothly & ensure to provide good service to clients always
13.Try to reduce trouble & risk caused by signature mistake or other issues, to obtain company’s benefit
14.Bring out issues beyond authority to upper manager to find out solution timely
15.Other tasks as required by AFM

Qualifications/任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree of accounting or finance
2.Over 2 years experience in accounting area at multinational company
3.Experience of handling bank cash withdrawal & deposit business
4.Knowing bank knowledge would be preferred
5.Good self-initiative, problem-solving and communication skills
6.Team work spirit
7.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 举报 分享
