职位描述：
We are seeking an experienced, high caliber candidate to join our fast developing Financial Advisory Service department in China. The position will be based in Shanghai, although the role is likely to involve travel throughout China and overseas.

Our FAS department specializes in both Transaction Support services (Due Diligence, valuation, financial modelling etc.) and Corporate Finance services (advisory on M&A and fund raising). We are seeing a fast increase in market opportunity and demand of FAS work. Our FAS business has also been growing substantially in recently years with a strong focus on cross-border M&A activities. The transaction value we served in 2016 reached around US$6bn.

We therefore are keen to expand our FAS team to facilitate the further growth of our FAS business. The candidate will be given the opportunity to lead and manage the transaction work including both transaction support and advisory nature. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in undertaking FAS business and have experience of managing FAS projects.

Requirements:

？ At least 5 years’ experience specifically in international accountancy firms, corporate finance boutique or M&A house , with a focus on due diligence or transaction advisory services
？ University graduates with recognized professional qualifications such as CICPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA…
？ Analytical mindset with good commercial sense and business experience
？ Strong financial modelling and valuation skill
？ Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese and keep good client relationship
？ Ability to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
？ Experience of managing a team, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure
？ Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal
attributes for this position
？ Strong connection/network and ability to develop and generate new business
？ A self starter capable of contributing actively to a growing team
？ Good report writing skills in English and Chinese

要求：

？ 至少5年的国际会计师事务所、公司金融或并购经验，特别是尽职调查或交易咨询服务。
？ 大学毕业且持有公认的专业资格证书如：中国注册会计师、注册金融分析师、特许公认会计师、特许管理会计师等
？ 具备分析性思维，良好的商业意识和业务经验；
？ 财务建模和估值能力强；
？ 能够进行有效的中英文沟通，维持良好的客户关系；
？ 在极具挑战的环境下能够独立工作并与团队成员协作；
？ 具备团队管理经验、有责任心、能够承受高压、专注工作；
组织能力、解决问题能力以及领导力强是胜任这一岗位的个性优势。
