Responsibility:
? Strong conceptual vision and creativity for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications via design against strategic business objectives.
? Expertise in graphic design including classic typography, communication, color theory.
? Strong design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-up and PowerPoint, on top of that possesses drawing skills.
? Excellent creative skills to generate ideas for Outdoor-, indoor- or e-commerce stores and realize them in design concepts.
? Sound knowledge of the latest advertising and art direction trends.
? Energetic, ready to take on significant challenges and contribute to company’s growth.
? Has demonstrated ability to delegate and multi-task effectively under pressure.
? Delivers ideas and assignments with passion and creativity.
? Able to effectively articulate ideas and present them to groups internally and externally.
? Active communication to coordinate the teams work and design.
? Proven conceptual ability to create smart, strategic creative for campaigns.
? Excellent time management and creative resource management capabilities.
? Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Being able to find solutions facing tight deadlines.
? Manage tasks wisely, therefore meeting agreed deadlines. Taking responsibility for team members and their work.
? Develop and sign-off on creative estimates and thereby ensuring high quality, efficient execution of creative deliverables.
? Experience with the constraints and features of interaction and methodologies.
? Able to direct creative teams including user experience designers, visual designers and writers
        Other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualification for the Job
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5~8 years at least related professional experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and working under pressure
- Good in verbal and written Chinese and English
- Must have skills on operating programs of Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash and office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
