职位描述：
The position is responsible in managing Entegris China’s NingBo 3PL warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will manager 3PL warehouse operation activity, support the Sales activities and is also expected to work closely with other regional functional teams in China and overseas.The successful is measured by the performance in the area’s compliance, safety, inventory, delivery, quality and cost KPIs and project basis.


Responsibilities and Duties:
China Import Export Operation
1. Flawless documents preparation to broker for custom clearance of inbound/outbound goods
2. Flawless documents preparation for canisters/cylinders export extension application
3. Make arrangement for the outbound goods delivery
4. Track and trace all inbound/outbound shipments, control minimum clearance lead time
5. Good knowledge about China import/export regulations and customs processes.
6. Interacts with customs authorities and auditors to resolve issues and ensure compliance, if needed.
7. Keeping good stakeholders’ relationship with the supply chain business partners like, Customs, Customer, Forwarders, Customs Broker and etc.

3PL Warehouse Inventory Control
1. Monitor the 3PL warehouse inventory accuracy.
2. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations: export, import, Sarbanes Oxley, transportation, tax, etc.
3. Keeping good relationships with business partners like Sales, Finance, Global/Regional Logistic, Central STO Planning Team, Inventory management
4. Escalating point for assuring key performance measures are met, Entegris policies and procedures are adhered to, and performance is per contract expectations.

Logistics Quality and development focus
1. Support Logistics quality goal.
2. Participate in project/(s) to reduce duty expenditures (evaluating all methods offered by local governments and multi-national trade agreements) or operational expenses.
3. Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
1. Three or more years of experience in managing operations of an organization through supply chain & transportation, requires minimal supervision, effectively prioritizes work to meet deadlines and commitments.
2. Demonstrates competency in transportation and logistics as well as government regulations.
3. Highly knowledgeable of local China Import regulations.
4. Incumbent to have basic transportation experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding.
5. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
