职位描述：
Position Summary:
To provide general HR services to 100+ office employees including recruitment, performance management, employee relationship and etc.
Job Description:
Responsible for recruitment of according to business plan and deliver staff on time with good quality;
Align with hiring manager about job description and expectation;
Conduct interview according to company policy and process to identify qualified candidates;
Follow and coordinate new staff onboard procedure and collect new staff onboard documentations as per company policy;
Establish and maintain candidate data base and recruitment report;
Provide necessary data analysis to current recruitment quality and eventually lead to further improvement;
Assist HR manager to prepare and manage annual labor cost budget;
Prepare monthly attendence report and payroll information timely and accurately;
Prepare variable monthly labor reports for local and regional needs;
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field;
- 2+ years HR experience in international retail company;
- Organized with good communication & problem solving skills;
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary;
- Fluent speaking and writing English and Chinese;
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of integrity, discretion and customer focus;
- Strong administration and logistical skills and can follow-up proactively;
- Proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint; 举报 分享
