Annual product marketing plan development through analysis (data, market, customer, competitor).

Identify Market Opportunities, prioritizes/ quantifies opportunities, Market Segmentation, Targeted Marketing, Competitive Analysis, Positioning, Pricing Strategy and Go to Market models and strategies.

Develop annual marketing communication plan based on marketing budget including brand campaign, B2B&B2C promotion, event, etc. and follow up the executing process.

New Product launch-work close with PM team on the new product promotion strategy and new product launch event as well as POSM development.
