职位描述：
1、根据公司发展战略，组织制定行政人事规划，全面负责行政人事工作及人员管理；
2、制定和完善行政人事相关管理制度和工作流程体系；
3、审定各部门职工工资、奖金和津贴的发放，依据公司工资总额，编制年度薪资调整方案；
4、参与职位管理、组织机构设置,组织编写、审核各部门职位说明书，为公司各岗位进行职业生涯规划设计；
5、根据公司人员编制及业务发展需求、制定招聘计划监督实施情况；组织制定公司年度人力资源需求计划，组织实施人员招聘流程，通过多种渠道为公司寻求合适的人才；
6、参与公司重大人事决策；负责定期组织收集有关人事、招聘、培训、考核、薪酬等方面的信息，为公司重大人事决策提供信息支持；
7、及时处理公司管理过程中的人力资源问题，受理员工投诉，处理劳动争议、纠纷，进行劳动诉讼；
8、负责公司重要会议、重大活动的组织筹备工作；
9、协调统筹公司总部与各子公司的人力资源和行政管理工作；
10、监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系，提出激励计划和具体实施办法，完善激励机制；

任职资格
1. 拥有5年以上全面的行政人事管理工作经验，深谙多种招聘途径，高效招聘；
2. 熟悉国家、地方各项劳动人事法规政策；
3. 熟练运用人力资源各大模块，擅长薪酬、绩效、激励测评、等环节；
4. 熟练使用常用办公软件；
5. 具有较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力及应变能力，具有良好的团队合作能力。
6. 曾参加过公司行政管理工作，有一定的领导才能。
