财务助理：
1. 应收对接工作，检查客服部等部门的开票要求，复核账单信息、开票信息。
2. 完成预收冲应收报表，在销售系统中做收款，并制作收款报表。
3. 保管公司资料，并及时补充完善电子记录。
4. 保管、打印公司发票。
5. 根据支出单、借款单等单据在账务系统里做凭证。
6. 外勤工作。
