职位描述：
主要职责:
1. 制定出国展览会的项目计划，制定项目实施流程，完成销售任务。
2. 负责项目的具体策划、执行、现场运营，与海外展会主办单位保持紧密联系和沟通，并提供现场支持
3. 负责海外展团的组织与服务，包括带团参展，为参展厂商提供装潢、运输、旅行等全方位的服务，协助客户完成任何与其参展相关的内容。
4. 给客户必要的现场服务，及时处理和预见境外有可能发生的一切突发事件。
5. 在展会现场积极拜访主办方，积极的推进下一年的合作。
6. 展团回国后，从项目、客户、主办方等各个方面进行总结并对下一年的项目做出可行性分析。将客户的需求进行反馈和分析，以便及时跟进客户和拓展项目。
7. 建立和维护目标客户数据库，开发并维护客户，向目标企业提供海外展会专业方案

职位要求：
1．本科及以上学历，英语专业优先考虑
2．7年以上出国展业务项目管理经验
3．有团队管理经验，熟悉出国展的业务流程
4．因工作需要，可接受国外出差
