职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、负责各类行政办公用品的采购、发放和管理；
3、负责公司各类邮件、快递的收发及费用结算；
4、负责公司人员考勤记录；
5、协助上级完成公司其他行政事务工作及部门日常事务工作，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有良好的英语口语表达能力；
2、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
3、相貌端庄、性格开朗，待人热情，工作主动积极、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力。 举报 分享
