SUMMARY

This position is responsible for clinical education related content issues, internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below categories but may not be limited to:
? Lead and coach clinical education team to follow compliance and conduct all clinical education events by marketing strategy and result orientated.
? Optimize clinical education pathway, manage invisalign educational events including Training Courses, Study Groups, Master Class, Workshops, Hands-on, eLearning and any new educational programs to support business growth with outcomes tracking.
? Set up and manage the SOP of clinical education related issues and projects.
? Cultivate good speakers and work with KOLs to develop clinical education content and decks to increase educational effectiveness and product knowledge of Orthodontist & GP providers.
? Lead educational team to well structure and provide professional trainings to internal team, speakers and customers to enhance product and clinical knowledge.
? Support marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on educational program to improve clinical confidence continuously.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:

? Well structure and provide professional trainings to internal team, speakers and customers to enhance product and clinical knowledge.
? Support marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on educational program to improve clinical confidence continuously.
? Assist fellow Managers in process/program management & implementation
? Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & development
? Actively participate with new hire recruitment process as required to maintain organization’s resources
? Administration of clinical studies
? Marketing Liaison
? Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel and support local education events or take training.


Additional responsibilities:
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
? Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

? Have a keen interest in education and a demonstrated ability to learn technical information
? Have excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
? Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoys building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Master of medical science or dentistry
5+ years working experience in patients’ education or related clinical education campaign management
1+ year Product Manager experience


SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS :

Fluent in English
