职位描述：
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

? Managing daily export business operation, such as prepare invoice, delivery note from SAP and other export related documents;
? Managing factory materials importation and custom clearance; following up import scheduling and check import shipping documents;
? Liaise with forwarding company to prepare custom clearance related supporting doc-uments;
? Management of forwarder, broker and service provider to meet our requirements and provide best service;
? Check logistics supplier’s service charges and freight cost; submit payment request;
? Collect original documents for each shipment and submit to accounting for payment;
? Work with other function such as planning and production to ensure products delivery on time;
? Customer service for intercompany orders;
? Other projects that manager assigned;

Requirements/Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics and Trade related disciplines;
? 2+ years import and export management experiences in relevant area, working expe-rience in manufacturing is preferred;
? Good knowledge on Import/Export process and requirements, INCOTERMS and etc.;
? Familiar with HS code classification;
? 1+ year experience using SAP, familiar with SAP delivery and invoice functions;
? Fluent in both written and spoken English;
? Good supervision skills, communication skill and problem solving skills;
? Excellent skill in Office software. 举报 分享
