职位描述：
岗位要求：
1.在ERP系统里维护产品的计划参数，确保数据的准确有效性,并定期更新
Maintain the planning parameter of the product in ERP system; guarantee the data accurate and validity and update it regularly.
2.合理安排/更新生产计划，并跟进执行进度,控制成品和半成品的库存数量
Arrange and update the daily production planning schedule, follow up the planning execution and control the finished/Semi finished goods stock level.
3.根据需求变化，合理更新生产计划以及工单.系统里的生产计划和实际的生产保持一致，及时开启滚动4天的生产工单
Update the work order reasonably when the demand changes, make the system planning match the actual production plan，and release the work order to production line for rolling 4 days in advance.
4.分析未来12周产能状态，并给出合理的订单录入原则，保证确认过的需求按时发货
Analyze the rolling 12 weeks capacity planning and provide the rules of entering demand in system, ensure the confirmed purchase order ship out on time.
5.和需求部门紧密工作，理解产品需求的变化，并基于物料和产能情况，确认客户订单，预测，安全库存状态，并保证安全库存及时补齐
Work with demand team closely to understand the product demand trends and confirm the new coming purchase order/forecast and safety status based on the material and capacity status, and ensure the safety stock be replenished in time.
6.为保证平稳生产，提前确认生产前的物料是否满足生产计划，如果影响生产，及时调整计划并更新发货计划
Check the material status in advance and ensure it is available before production, if the material status cannot meet the plan schedule, adjust the production plan timely to ensure the production running smoothly and update the shipping plan.
7.和相关部门保持良好的沟通与合作，保证相关信息传递准确，相关措施被实施,达成公司的准时交货率目标
Keep good communication and coordination relevant department to ensure information transferred correctly and in time and action be taken to achieve company OTTR target.
8.协助项目部门安排新产品的试产，爬坡生产;控制工程变更的生产计划.
Support the new product introduced and ramp up plan arrangement, and control the ECN production plan.
9.项目/产品Ramp Down的生产计划控制
Control the production plan for ramp down Project/Product
10.安排年度，月度和平时的循环盘点
Arrange the annual counting, monthly counting and cycle counting.
11.能够控制消耗性材料的使用情况
Control the consummation materials loss rate and safety stock.
12.设置合适的安全库存以保证物料的合理库存。
Set up the safety stock to ensure the accuracy of system.
13.异常问题的解决处理跟进
Follow up the abnormal case schedule and action.
14.其它紧急重要的工作安排
Other urgent or important duties as need
任职条件：
1.熟练使用电脑和OFFICE 办公软件, 熟练掌握并运用ERP生产计划模块
Familiar with MS OFFICE, good knowledge in ERP production planning
2.了解整个供应链流程体系
Understand the whole supplier chain process system
3.有很强的ERP系统逻辑和技能水平
Strong ERP system logic and skill level is must
4.精益生产在生产计划模块的应用
Lean knowledge in planning scope
5.物料控制经验, 主要包括盘点，财务审计要求和整个产品周期内对于物料的控制知识。
