Job Purpose
Responsible for building up power package solution to region & help deploy business process; managing product & promotion. Providing ongoing support in closing orders and identifies customer technical / commercial challenges and engages appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution as well as operates as primary Business Unit driver nationally for assigned products.

Key Responsibilities
DO
? Build up business strategy & execution plans in region
? Implement sales strategies and plans at the region level for assigned products and services to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
? Review the forecast and front log, define the growth / recovery activities with defined branches, and document key wins/losses.
? Provide ongoing sales support to Account Manager in closing orders.
? Identify the customer’s technical / commercial challenges during pre-sales activities and engage appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution.
? Coordinate proof of concept and prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
? Provide business and product updates to sales team and distributors’ product specialists.
? Support commercial events by delivering customer presentations/ seminars.
? Coordinate cross-sales activities.
? Coordinate 3rd party for quotation & execution

? Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Standard Drives, Medium Voltage, Components Industrial Control, Services & Solutions - MPS, CSM and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Power Distribution).
? Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), SI/EU Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of market), raining Skills, Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? Bachelors in Engineering and automation/power distribution
? Technical knowledge about Drive System or Power Distribution
? Min 5 years relevant experience, preferred experience in Design institute.
? Fluent English speaking is a must.
? Good at communication
